Breastfeeding Services
Breastfeeding is one of the best gifts a mother can give her baby. Besides all of the health and developmental benefits for the baby, there are health, emotional, and cost benefits for the mother. The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that mothers breastfeed exclusively for six months and then continue breastfeeding while adding solids through at least the first year.
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage
Prenatal and postnatal massage can be given to you in the comfort of your own home. The massage is done on a full size table, with cushions specifically designed for a pregnant mother or postpartum mother.
Infant Massage
Infant massage was introduced in the United States during the 1970s. Using a series of strokes, parents and professionals learn a loving and nurturing way of communicating with the infant. During this class, the instructor uses a doll to demonstrate the strokes and technique, while parents learn how to correctly massage their child. This class is taught to you in the comfort of your own home.
